Main house
The main house is located on a plane with a unique view to the volcano. The backyard is surrounded by a beautiful native forest.

The guesthouse is part of the main yard. This module is attached to the garage and the workshop rooms (as seen on picture). The guesthouse is fully insulated, having a fireplace and a fire heated hot water system. This workshop has a large sleeping room (4.5m x 3.5m) and a small room on in the roof for children or young people.
The guesthouse has 75 m2 and is fully equipped. It is also a fantastic place for brain storming (to write books, work) and it has very good energy to sleep.

The workshop
- 20 foot container, used as storage and a safe. The side of the container has a door with 3 locks. This container is integrated on the house.

- 16 x 100 VA battery bank (total 1600 VA). Enough for many days with no sun.
- Workshop room, can be used as an additional sleeping room.

Cottage
The cottage is a very neat 25 m2 house, that is used for guests or a worker. It is located on the lower field of the lot and can’t be seen from the main house.
This house is powered my its own solar power system. It has a fireplace with hotwather system. It is fully equipped in a swiss style for two adults and a child.
The cottage has a fantastic view to the Villarrica volcano.
